Tom Sanders is a production designer for the movie industry. Best known for his work on Saving Private Ryan, Braveheart, Apocalypto and Bram Stoker's Dracula, he has garnered numerous awards for his creativeness.

Production designers have to create thousands of things on every project, of which only a small percentage gets used. A walking design and prototype-building machine, Sanders is responsible for some of the largest builds in the film industry. He has worked with directors Martin Campbell, Francis Ford Coppola, Richard Donner, Mel Gibson, Steven Spielberg, Rob Reiner and Randall Wallace among many others.

Sander's creative discipline and management of artists and craftsmen worldwide has led him naturally to the inception of the Duende Group. The Duende Group is a design, research and protoype company with the goal of creating licensed products and processes.
